What if some of the most supportive tools for your health were already in your kitchen?
In Ayurveda, daily wellbeing is not built through complexity or constant supplementation.
It is supported through small, consistent choices, often using simple ingredients we already know.
This session focuses on common kitchen herbs and how to use them gently and confidently as part of everyday life.
We’ll explore:
• Everyday kitchen herbs such as ginger, turmeric, cumin, coriander, fennel and cinnamon
• How these herbs support digestion, energy and balance
• Simple ways to include them in meals and drinks
• What to keep simple and what not to overdo
