Nasya is a powerful technique specifically designed to target mucus buildup in the head and neck region. Nasya efficiently softens, loosens, and eliminates toxins from areas including the nose, larynx, pharynx, sinuses, ears, and eyes. It serves as robust support for healing many throat, neck, and head disorders, ranging from sinus issues and colds to chronic sinusitis, allergies, and even neurological conditions like epilepsy and migraines, as outlined in ancient Ayurvedic texts. You may require a consultation for specific health issues before starting so supporting diet and lifestyle can be included.
Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation practice that can help you relax deeply, heal your body and mind, and achieve your goals.
In a Yoga Nidra state, you are able to deeply relax your body and mind and access your subconscious mind.
