Consumer Act and Competition

This liability is limited to supplying courses or products to you once more, replacing the products, or paying the cost to resupply the courses or products.

Returns & Refunds

In compliance with Australian Consumer Protection Laws, Ayurveda Awareness Center manages returns and issues refunds. If you need to return an item, let us know within 14 days of purchase and include a convincing justification. Upon timely delivery of the ordered items, we will arrange a refund if we cannot satisfy your complaint or further assist you. Unopened items will be fully reimbursed. Refunds will be processed quickly, and payment will be paid using the same payment method you used. Ayurveda Awareness Centre reserves the right to decide whether to issue any refunds.

The laws of WA and Australia apply to both this agreement and this website. If a disagreement arises between you and ayurveda-awareness.com.au and goes to court, you must consent to the jurisdiction of the WA courts.
