By this time of the year, many people begin to feel it.

Even when things are going well, the system may still be carrying more than it has had time to process. And what is often missing is not effort.
It is rest.
Rest That Truly Restores
This session is not about sleep. It is about conscious rest.
A state where the body can release held tension, the nervous system can settle,
and the mind can soften without needing to do anything. Through the practice of Yoga Nidra, you are guided into a space between waking and sleep.
A space where restoration happens naturally.
Why This Matters
When rest is incomplete or irregular, the effects are subtle but cumulative:
- energy feels inconsistent
- the mind remains active
- recovery is limited
- resilience begins to decrease
Deep rest is not a luxury. It is what allows the body and mind to restore balance.
What You Will Experience
In this live session, you will be guided through a 30-minute Yoga Nidra practice designed to support:
- deep physical and mental relaxation
- nervous system recovery
- release of accumulated tension
- restoration of energy
- a sense of inner steadiness
You will not need to try, focus, or achieve anything. The practice works through effortless awareness.
Your Sankalpa
During the practice, you will gently connect with the intention:
“I allow deep rest. My energy is restored and steady.”
This is not something to force. Simply something to allow.

- All experience levels, including beginners
- Those feeling mentally busy, fatigued, or overstimulated

No prior Yoga Nidra experience is required.
