Stress Buster Massage

Are the pressures of daily life leaving you feeling overwhelmed and in need of relief

Give yourself a well-deserved break and indulge in our Stress Buster Massages, expertly crafted to dissolve tension, promote relaxation, and restore harmony to your mind and body.

Whether you seek a quick revitalisation or a comprehensive wellness package, our Ayurvedic massage centre has the perfect solution.

Snehana Massage

“Snehana,” derived from Sanskrit, signifies both oil and unconditional love. In the Ayurveda context, this herbal oil massage nourishes the skin and penetrates deep into tissues, providing therapeutic benefits.

Customised to your unique constitution and imbalances, Snehana massage brings deep relaxation, pain relief, and emotional release.

Nasya Treatment

Nasya is a powerful technique specifically designed to target mucus buildup in the head and neck region. Nasya efficiently softens, loosens, and eliminates toxins from areas including the nose, larynx, pharynx, sinuses, ears, and eyes.

It serves as robust support for healing many throat, neck, and head disorders, ranging from sinus issues and colds to chronic sinusitis, allergies, and even neurological conditions like epilepsy and migraines, as outlined in ancient Ayurvedic texts.

You may require a consultation for specific health issues before starting so supporting diet and lifestyle can be included.

Yoga Nidra

Yoga Nidra, or yogic sleep, is a deeply restorative meditation practice that promotes profound relaxation, inner healing, and mental clarity. It guides you into a state between wakefulness and sleep, where the body fully relaxes while the mind remains gently aware.

In this state of conscious rest, you can access the deeper layers of your subconscious mind, allowing old patterns, stress, and tension to dissolve. Practising Yoga Nidra regularly helps improve sleep, reduce anxiety, and enhance focus and emotional balance. It is a simple yet powerful tool for rejuvenation and transformation, suitable for anyone seeking calm, clarity, and alignment in daily life.

Panchakarma and Purvakarma Treatments

Embark on a transformative journey toward holistic wellness and emotional balance with our specialised Panchakarma treatments. Designed to deeply detoxify and rejuvenate at the cellular level, these therapies help release accumulated stress and toxins, promoting clarity, vitality, and a renewed sense of harmony.

Your experience begins with a comprehensive assessment by our experienced Lifestyle Consultant, who will design a personalised treatment plan to meet your specific needs. This includes tailored therapies, dietary guidance, and lifestyle recommendations to support your healing and long-term wellbeing.

The course has already shown a positive impact by teaching me to adjust my food intake to the elements that suit my body type and the weather. Compared to the same time last year, I can see tangible improvement in my energy levels.

Bharat Subramanian

The course I undertook with Neerja has provided additional insights into human behaviour, the health and wellness of people, and how to integrate them to achieve a life of balance. I found this course extraordinarily helpful. And it opened my eyes to many things.

Clive Enever

Relaxed, friendly, and information is given in a way that is clearly understood.

Jo Erkelens

I found this course to be thought-provoking and informative. It was in a relaxed atmosphere and the minute silence was a good reminder to include this quiet time more often in my life. I feel I have a better understanding of the way foods can effect your mind , emotions and body.

Great information, and Neerja encouraged participation. She reminded me to take care of myself.

Definitely will change how I eat and follow a routine just for me. Self-care.

Thurga Devi

I think now more about the way I approach things, and things I can put in place to help me day to day.

Jane McCrum

I love Ayurveda's mind-body connection to health. It reminds me to be fully conscious when I am eating, to be grateful and put my phone/book aside, then enjoy my meal unrushed.

Glenda Lord

Neerja's approach in explaining Ayurvedic concepts, her understanding of applying these in the context of a Western lifestyle and her graciousness when considering the leap I have to make, not just to gain the knowledge but to be able and willing to practice my learnings in my life. Thank you, Neerja.

Robyn Gordon

It will certainly improve my health and make me take care of my daily routine.

Vinod Mehta
