Yoga Nidra, also known as yogic sleep, is a powerful meditation practice that can help you relax deeply, heal your body and mind, and achieve your goals.

In a Yoga Nidra state, you are able to deeply relax your body and mind and access your subconscious mind.

We offer a tailor-made Yoga Nidra service for individuals. This means that we will create a personalised Yoga Nidra for you based on your specific needs and goals.

The process

  • We will start with a SWAN (Strengths, Weaknesses, Ambitions, Needs) analysis to identify your key areas of focus.
  • We will then work together to create a Sankalpa, or intention, for your Yoga Nidra session.
  • I will then record a personalised Yoga Nidra session for you, based on your SWAN analysis and Sankalpa as worked out with you during our session.
  • You will listen to your Yoga Nidra session at least once a day, or more if you like.
  • We will check in one week to see how you are progressing.
