Rediscover Balance with Ayurvedic Snehana Massage

Welcome to Ayurvedic Snehana Massage, where the ancient art of healing meets the demands of modern life. In today’s fast-paced world, stress is a constant companion, but our Snehana massage offers relaxation and rejuvenation to combat it. With skilled hands and specially made ayurvedic herbal oils, we bring balance to your body and calm to your mind – more than just a massage, it’s a journey into self-care.

“Snehana,” derived from Sanskrit, signifies both oil and unconditional love. In Ayurveda context, this herbal oil massage nourishes the skin and penetrates deep into tissues, providing therapeutic benefits. Customised to your unique constitution and imbalances, Snehana massage brings deep relaxation, pain relief, and emotional release.

Gentle strokes follow energy channels, bringing balance and harmony within. Warm oils nourish the skin, seeping into joints to reduce tension and increase flexibility. Snehana acknowledges the link between emotions and well-being, releasing stored emotions for deep relaxation, tolerance, and love. It serves as the foundation for many of our other programs, including stress buster and Purvakarma and Panchakarma (PK) programs.
