The Covid -19 Pandemic has induced or significantly increased stressors in a person’s environment on which the individual has no control.  

It is natural to feel sadness, loneliness, depression, anxiety.  

This workshop will educate you on how to balance your doshas for a balanced body, attain a positive state of mind, and raise your vital life force through ayurvedic practices that will significantly improve your health mentally and physically.
