The April session inside the Ayurveda Awareness Collective is the first deep restorative pause of the year.
A guided Yoga Nidra practice designed to quiet mental activity, settle the nervous system, and reconnect you with a sense of inner presence.
This session is not about effort, performance, or “doing it right”.
It is about allowing the system to rest so clarity and steadiness can naturally return.
What to Expect
This live Yoga Nidra session offers:
- A safe, structured practice of conscious rest
- Support for mental quietude and nervous system balance
- A space to step out of momentum and return to yourself
- Deep rest without sleep, effort, or analysis
Yoga Nidra works at the level of awareness, supporting restoration without requiring concentration or control.
Sankalpa
During this practice, you will be gently guided to hold the Sankalpa:
I am anchored in stillness.
I am present in this moment.
This intention is introduced and repeated at key points in the practice, allowing it to settle naturally rather than be forced.

This session is suitable for:
- All experience levels, including beginners
- Those feeling mentally busy, fatigued, or overstimulated
- Anyone seeking deep rest and inner steadiness
- Members who want to build a regular rhythm of conscious restoration
No prior Yoga Nidra experience is required.
