Wellness and Self Care

Wellness is an active process of becoming aware of and making choices toward a healthy and fulfilling  life. “…a state of complete physical, mental, and social well-being, and not merely the absence of disease  or infirmity.” – The World Health Organization.

It refers to a state of mind, guiding your actions and attitudes that are needed for maintaining your overall  well-being and promoting preventative personal health. It also requires a certain level of knowledge of  your body, mind and emotions and learning how to manage them.

We run a 4 week course, “Wellness and Self Care”. Join and learn, take care of self and family, get  well and feel good.

Smaller 2- 4 hours workshops, suitable for groups and workplaces are also available
